Purchase Terms

These Purchase Terms apply to purchases made through Renewd Med Spa, including services, products, packages, memberships, promotions, specials, deposits, or gift cards, where applicable. These Purchase Terms should be read together with our Terms & Conditions.
Pricing
Prices are subject to change without notice. Some services require consultation before final pricing is confirmed. Final pricing may depend on the service selected, treatment area, product needed, treatment plan, provider recommendation, or individual goals. Promotional pricing, discounts, and specials may be limited-time offers and may be subject to additional terms.
Payment
Payment may be collected through Renewd or third-party platforms such as Mangomint or payment processors. By making a purchase, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided. Renewd does not directly store full credit card information on its website.
Services
Renewd services are elective and may not be appropriate for everyone. Renewd may require a consultation before providing certain services. Renewd reserves the right to recommend a different service, delay treatment, decline treatment, or refer you elsewhere if appropriate. You agree to follow all pre-care and aftercare instructions provided by Renewd.
Appointments and Cancellations
Renewd does not currently charge cancellation fees. We kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Missed appointments, late arrivals, or repeated cancellations may affect future booking options. Renewd may update its cancellation policy at any time.
Refunds
Rendered services are not refundable. Refunds for unused services, packages, memberships, deposits, gift cards, or promotional purchases may be limited and are handled according to the terms provided at the time of purchase. Promotional offers may have no cash value and may not be transferable unless stated in writing.
Products
Product purchases may be subject to separate return policies. Opened, used, or damaged products may not be eligible for return unless required by law or approved by Renewd.
Gift Cards
Gift cards may be used for eligible Renewd purchases unless otherwise stated. Gift cards are not redeemable for cash except where required by law. Renewd is not responsible for lost, stolen, or unauthorized use of gift cards.
Memberships and Packages
Memberships and packages may be subject to separate terms, including billing, renewal, cancellation, expiration, service eligibility, and unused balance rules. Review the membership or package terms before purchase.
Promotions and Specials
Promotions and specials may be limited by date, service, provider, availability, or eligibility. Offers may not be combined unless stated in writing. Renewd may modify or end promotions at any time.
