SMS Terms

These SMS Terms apply to text messages sent by or on behalf of Renewd Med Spa. By providing your mobile number and opting in where required, you agree to receive text messages from Renewd.
Types of Messages
Renewd may send text messages related to:
- Appointment reminders
- Scheduling updates
- Service follow-up
- Customer support
- Important business updates
- Marketing messages, specials, or promotions if you opt in
Consent
You do not have to agree to receive marketing text messages to purchase services from Renewd. By opting into marketing messages, you consent to receive recurring promotional texts from Renewd at the mobile number you provide. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply.
Appointment and Transactional Messages
If you provide your phone number in connection with booking or contacting Renewd, we may send appointment-related or service-related messages, such as reminders, confirmations, rescheduling notices, or follow-up messages.
Opt Out
You can opt out of marketing text messages at any time by replying STOP. After you reply STOP, you may receive one final confirmation message. You may still receive non-marketing messages related to appointments, transactions, safety, or service support where permitted by law.
